Chefs at the tasting event on January 28. The fundraiser attracted more than 250 people to benefit The Safe Center LI in Bethpage. The evening was sponsored by Cavit Collection and Palm Bay International. This annual "social event of the early season" had more than 40 restaurants, bakeries, wineries and breweries participate.
