'A Taste of Lynbrook' returns!

Fundraiser to feature treats from local restaurants and vendors

It is sure to be an exciting evening filled with great food and wine on Monday, June 4 for the third annual “A Taste of Lynbrook,” sponsored by the Lynbrook Chamber of Commerce.

“Taste of Lynbrook is an evening not to be missed,” said Chamber President Bill Gaylor. “Everyone loves the food and we raise money for scholarships and the VFW.” More than 20 local restaurants and vendors will be serving a host of tasty cuisines to sample and enjoy. There will be “People’s Choice” Gold and Silver Awards given out for the best appetizer, entre and dessert, along with ones for overall dish presentation and table display.

Attendees will vote for their favorite dishes and choose the winners, and the event will also afford a chance for restarants to promote their businesses, but all who attend to support noteworthy causes. All proceeds will go to the Lynbrook Chamber’s scholarship fund and the Lynbrook VFW.
