Center for Science, at Tanglewood Preserve in Rockville Centre, us a 17-acre preserve complete with ponds, nature trails, and a fishing pier. Amazing Animals is an interactive family exhibit that explores wildlife and the natural world with larger-than-life robotic creatures, live animals and hands-on activities. Interact with animals from around the world, including such fascinating creatures as the flying squirrel, red-eye tree frog, and the American alligator. Hands-on activities include an Endangered Species Area, Be-A-Vet, a Toddler Play Area, and the Xeko Zone, an eco-adventure game.
