Center for Science, at Tanglewood Preserve in Rockville Centre, us a 17-acre preserve complete with ponds, nature trails, and a fishing pier. The facility features a science lab for kids and a wildlife rescue center. Run by the Center for Science Teaching and Learning (CSTL), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to science education, the Center for Science offers an array of activities for kids year round. Do You Sing? The Greater Nassau Chorus of Sweet Adelines International, an award winning a capella chorus, is having a membership drive on Tuesday April 2.
