The exhibit of 100 photographs from a year in Rockville Centre will be on display at the Phillips House through the end of June. An artist’s reception will take place on May 6 at 11 a.m.

Mark May 6 on your calendar for two events at the Phillips House Museum of Rockville Centre. The museum, located at 28 Hempstead Ave., will start that day with an 11 a.m. reception for Herald photographer Penny Frondelli, whose exhibit of 100 photographs from a year in Rockville Centre will be on display at the museum through the end of June. Frondelli attended each of the events she chronicled as a storyteller.

Following that, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., is the museum’s annual Appraisal Day, which will be conducted by Phillip Weiss, who appears on public television’s “Antiques Roadshow” and local estate liquidator Rosario DiBenedetto. A donation of $10 per item or $25 for three items is required. All proceeds will be used for renovations and improvements to the museum. Parking is available nearby. Refreshments will be served at both events. For further information, call Frank Seipp at (516) 764-7459.
