Celebrating the grand reopening of Greystone Deli with owners Jackie and Will Waxon on Sept. 7, were local officials and board members of the Rockville Centre Chamber of Commerce, along with the shop’s staff, family, friends and well wishers. At 214 N. Long Beach Road, the deli, a longtime family-owned institution in the village, has been completely renovated following a devastating fire in July 2011.
