Burger King participates in Jimmy Fund initiative

Burger lovers can help fight cancer from July 28 through September 7 by contributing $1 to the Jimmy Fund through the A Chance for Kids & Families program at the Burger King restaurant located at 3190 Long Beach Road in Oceanside.

With each contribution, customers will receive a promotion card guaranteed to be a winner, with prizes ranging from trips to theme park tickets to prizes from Burger King.

In the last 14 years, participating Burger King restaurants have raised more than $11.4 million for cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Burger King restaurants from Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Vermont are participating in the program.
