A New Year's Eve holdup in Baldwin netted a thief an undisclosed amount of money, but no injuries were reported in the incident, police said.

Nassau County police said they are seeking a man who walked to the Milk-N-Things drive-through, at 1230 Grand Ave., on Dec. 31 at 7:05 p.m. and was let into the store by a 52-year-old male employee.

Inside, police said, the man pulled out a knife and demanded money. The suspect pushed the employee and took cash from the register before running away eastbound on Rose Boulevard.

No other customers were present at the time of the incident, according to police.

The thief was described as a white man, about 6 feet, wearing white pants, a blue jacket, a dark ski mask covering his face, gloves and sunglasses, police said.

First Squad detectives ask anyone with information to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at (800) 244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
