The property currently serves as the Walk in Love for Jesus Church, the Walk in Love religious gift shop and Christian bookstore, a weekly meeting-house for mothers Of pre-schoolers, a prayer center, and a religious library, according to Jeannette Capriola, the self-proclaimed reverend and born-again Christian who is seeking the zoning change.
Capriola's zoning appeal is for two permits -- one to display a sign and one for off-street parking -- and for a zoning conversion from two-family residential to retail/church.
