Coach Realtors acquires Roxbury Realty in Rockville Centre

The strength of the Rockville Centre housing market is what first drew Coach Realtors to the village and its stability over the past four years has encouraged even further growth.

Coach Realtors announced July 7 that it would be merging with Roxbury Realty, the third Rockville Centre real estate firm that Coach Realtors has acquired since moving into the area in 2007.

The firm had previously acquired Village Homes and Rockville Realty.

According to L.P. Finn, Coach Realtor’s operating officer, his company and Roxbury had been in friendly conversations for three years, though negotiations about merging only began in recent months.

Finn explained that the desire to grow in Rockville Centre is based on the caliber of the community and the steady market. “It’s an excellent real estate market, with high sales volume,” Finn said. “We’re really excited to bring more of our marketing services and expertise to the Rockville Centre market.”

Sheila Lawrence and Regina Hall of Roxbury Realty will join Coach Realtors at its 314 Sunrise Highway office as associate brokers and will continue to list and sell property in the Rockville Centre area.

Finn said he believes Roxbury Realty’s current clients will be pleased with the merger. “Now their clients have access to a better marketing mix, more exposure both online and in print,” Finn said. “Their clients will be very happy with the tools and services they receive.”
