Sinatra and the Rat Pack. On Sunday, March 21 at 2 p.m., Stan Edwards and his band, along with singer Linda Ipanema, recreate the era of "ol' blue eyes." Edwards was the singer/MC of the famous Jazz Club at the Village Gate and continues to headline at top clubs. Come early for good seats.
Broadway beckons Join us to see the hottest boy on Broadway, Hugh Jackman, appearing in "The Boy From Oz." We have excellent front mezzanine tickets for the 2 p.m. matinee performance on Wed., March 24. The cost of the trip is $97 (includes gratuities) payable by check to the WH Library at registration, which is ongoing. Pickup at the library is 10 a.m. and return home approximately 6 p.m.
From Broadway to Blarney. It may be a few days past St. Paddy's Day, but the wonderful Jimmy Moore will be at the library on Sunday, March 28 at 2 p.m. with sing-along Irish favorites and Broadway show tunes.

Receiver of Taxes Donald Clavin. On Wednesday, March 31 from 2:30 to 4 p.m., Clavin will discuss property tax exemptions, challenging tax assessments, payment dates and locations, discounts and new tax bill designs.
Library week. April 18-24 is National Library Week and time for the Long Island Reads program. This year's book choice is "Snow in August," by Pete Hamill, a poignant post-WWII story about the friendship between a young Irish-Catholic boy and an Orthodox rabbi. Both the novel and made-for-TV movie is available at the library.
