Arrests
A 24-year-old man, of Oceanside, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to signal a turn on Sunrise Highway on Feb. 22 at 5:20 p.m.
A 27-year-old man, of Sunnyside, Queens was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to signal a turn on Sunrise Highway on Feb. 23 at 6 p.m.
A 20-year-old, of Valley Stream, was arrested on Feb. 24 at 2:30 a.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance (Alprazolam) and unlawful possession of marijuana on Merrick Road.
On Feb. 24 at 2:30 a.m., a 19, of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (Alprazolam) and failure to signal on Merrick Road.
A 33-year-old woman, of Elmont, was located, arrested and charged with outstanding Lynbrook warrants for unregistered automobile, uninsured automobile, improper plates and failure to stop at a stop sign on Feb. 24 at 7:15 p.m.
A 37-year-old man of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with defective headlights, aggravated unlicensed operation, and operation of a vehicle without an interlock device on Merrick Road on Feb. 24 at 8:50 p.m.
On Feb. 24 at 9:30 p.m., a, 44-year-old woman, of East Rockaway, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (Suboxone) on Peninsula Boulevard.
On Feb. 24 at 9:30 p.m., a 43-year-old, of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance (Crack Cocaine) and failure to lower high beam headlights on Peninsula Boulevard.
A 59-year-old man, of Lynbrook, an employee of 5 Corner Convenience Store at 353 Merrick Rd., was arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child when he sold cigarettes to a 17 year old agent of the Lynbrook Police Department on Feb. 25 at 3:37 p.m.
A 27-year-old, of East Patchogue, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and safety belt violation on Sunrise Highway on Feb. 25 at 10 p.m.
On Feb. 26 at 11:25 p.m., a 19-year-old man, of Island Park, was arrested and charged with driving the wrong way down a one way street, unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation on Lincoln Place.
