Arrests
A 36-year-old of Valley Stream was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of marijuana eastbound on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on Aug. 13 at 8:55 p.m.
On Aug. 14 at 2:05 p.m., A Flushing resident was arrested and charged with trademark counterfeiting, which occurred on Atlantic Avenue in Lynbrook.
A 45-year-old of Elmhurst was arrested and charged with second degree harassment, which occurred on Merrick Road in Lynbrook on Aug. 15.
A 49-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with first degree harassment, which occurred on Davison Avenue in Lynbrook on Aug. 15.
On Aug. 15, a 48-year-old East Rockaway man was arrested and charged with first degree criminal contempt from event occurring on Hampton Road in Lynbrook.
A 22-year-old f Great Neck resident was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and several other moving violations on Hempstead Avenue in Lynbrook on Aug. 16.
On Aug. 16, a 58-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and unsafe lane change on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.
A 30-year-old of Brooklyn was arrested and charged with third degree possession of a weapon, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to signal a turn on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on Aug. 16.
On Aug. 24, a 20-year-old of Valley Stream was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana on Taft Avenue in Lynbrook on Aug. 23.
On Aug. 23, a 46-year-old of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with petit larceny at Rite Aid on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.
A 27-year-old of Freeport was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlawful use of a cellular phone while operating a vehicle on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on Aug. 23.
On Aug. 21, a 47-year-old Freeport man was arrested and charged with an open alcoholic container warrant.
