According to Det. Stephen Abruzzo, on May 22, defendant Won Chang, 24, of 2481 Gladmore Street, East Meadow, was standing outside his car in front of Woodland Middle School when he allegedly exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl and solicited her for sex in exchange for money. The girl then ran to a nearby pay phone and notified school authorities, who contacted the police.
After an investigation, police arrested Chang and charged him with public lewdness, endangering the welfare of a child and third degree criminal solicitation. He was arraigned on May 25 at First District Court in Hempstead.
