Grillmaster David Tillery kept Elmont residents entertained, as he taught them how to make grilled chicken, baby back ribs and grilled pineapple at the Elmont Memorial Library on Aug. 22.
Tillery, of New York City-based RMD Food Adventures, showed the crowd how to use various spices to add flavor to their dishes, and vowed that if they voted for him in the next election, “there will be a rib in every pot.”
Following the demonstration, guests had an opportunity to enjoy Tillery’s food, and Tillery took a group video with the crowd.
