E.M. students get a pizz-a education

The trip, which included a live demonstration on how to make a pizza, was part of Mrs. Birnbaum's lesson on how to apply the steps of the writing process to complete a "how to" essay on making pizza.
At the conclusion of the demonstration, the class enjoyed a slice of pizza and an extra treat of cookies.
