Children in kindergarten through second grade can make heart magnets for Valentine’s Day at the Franklin Square Public Library on Feb. 10 at 4 p.m. There is a $1 material fee, which is to be paid at the time of registration. Registration is required.
Have a dream
Children in kindergarten through sixth grade can create their own dream collages using quotes and pictures of famous African-Americans who followed their dreams at the Elmont Memorial Library on Feb. 12 at 4:30 p.m. Registration is required.
