Bethany Church hosts Thanksgiving dinner and celebration

The volunteers, friends, co-workers and their families, including the Herrmanns and the Partos, worked hard to make sure everyone had a pleasant dining experience.

The Bethany Congregational Church, on Main Street in East Rockaway, hosted its annual Thanksgiving dinner for anyone in the neighborhood who wanted or need ed a good meal, and the company of friends.
Volunteer served up a complete turkey dinner, refreshments and desserts. Meals were then delivered by volunteers to people who could not get to the church.
