Hanging on to summer vacation

Gianna Papandrea, 5, and her brother, Francesco, 3, enjoyed one of the final days of summer vacation last Friday at the Oceanside Park. School started on Tuesday, and the lazy days of summer are over for students in Oceanside and Island Park.
