He's still the boss!

It's hard to believe that it was 1978, twenty-five years ago, when Tony Danza first entered our lives as adorable boxer, Tony Banta, on the hit TV show Taxi. For five years he made us laugh, as he lost fight after fight and won our hearts.
      Just one year after Taxi went off the air, he emerged as one of TV's most loveable leading men, playing Tony Micelli, ex-baseball player turned housekeeper, on Who's The Boss?
      For eight seasons, Tony kept us in stitches, along with co-stars Judith Light, Alyssa Milano and Katherine Helmond.
      Since then Tony has starred on Broadway, in movies, gave an award-worthy performance on the hit TV show The Practice and most recently starred on Family Law. But even after 20 years, he's best remembered as Angela's housekeeper.
      With so many TV channels playing classic sitcoms, it's impossible not to catch a rerun of Taxi or Who's The Boss? And Tony admits that he tunes in now and then. I watch and I think about how much older I've gotten, he says with a smile.       
      Actually, I'm really proud of both shows. First of all, because they both hold up they're still funny. I'm proud of Who's The Boss? because it was my show. But the thing I'm most proud of is: I can sit and watch them with my 9-year-old daughter, Emily, who wasn't around to watch them the first time, and not feel embarrassed. We never sank to vulgarity.
      Tony can also be proud of his performances on The Practice and Family Law. I enjoyed
