Sagamore Hill, home of President Theodore Roosevelt, welcomes the North Point Brass Quintet for a rousing Memorial Day weekend concert. The program includes the Battle Hymn Republic, Amazing Grace and Paragon Rag, along with other traditional works.

Fine Arts Fair
Craft artists and designers display their varied creations when Nassau County Museum of Art hosts a Spring Crafts and Fine Arts Fair. One hundred artists and designers from throughout the U.S. showcase their original works on the museums grounds. See live alpacas being shorn, their wool spun and then woven, diamonds, rubies and sapphires set in gold and platinum body adornments, home furnishings from dinnerware to dinner tables, paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolor, original fashions in dyed leather, blown and stained glass, as well as hand crafted creations fashioned from exotic, non-endangered woods, and more.

Early Bird Walk
Meet the feathered friends who share our world. Take a morning stroll with an experienced naturalist to observe the many birds who reside in the region. The focus is on the spring migration of birds in the woods and meadows, with an expert on hand to demonstrate bird banding and discuss bird migration.
