The Island Park PTA celebrated two teachers in style. Teachers Patricia Fernando, of Lincoln Orens Middle School, and Robert Patch, of Francis X. Hegarty Elementary School, received this year’s “PTA Appreciation Awards” at the End of Year Dinner Dance at the Bridgeview Yacht Club on May 28. The PTA also raffled off gift baskets and did a 50/50 raffle.
