Residents of Long Island woke up on Sunday to a winter wonderland, with an average of six inches of snow dropped across the island. Thanks to Jack Frost’s holiday gift, Oyster Bay and neighboring communities looked like they could be ski towns in Colorado, and residents were quick to take advantage of the weather to go sledding at places like Morgan Park in Glen Cove.
