Kicking off fall with the Garden Potpourri

Posted

Last week, the St. Agnes Mothers’ Club held its annual Garden Potpourri.

The annual event, which has been going on since the 1970s, is the group’s largest fundraiser of the year. It helps fund things that the private school can’t afford on its own, like SmartBoards for classrooms and field trips.

It’s hosted every year in the backyard of one of the Mothers’ Club members. This year, it was held at the home of Carol Ruchalski.

The Garden Potpourri features food and fun for everyone. The main draw is the hand-made crafts that are for sale. Each is unique and made by the members of the Mothers’ Club.
