Kool ArtKustom Kulture hosts art exhibit

The art exhibit, on April 2, showcased work by the East Coast Weasels, a Long Island-based art collective that creates exuberant, lowbrow art work. Over 150 artists, fans and students attended the event.
"It was an opportunity for people to meet the artists and ask them questions," said owner Keith Ciaramello, explaining that the art gallery has attracted a following since opening last year. In June, the gallery will showcase the work of artist Jeral Tidwell, whose work has been used on album covers by musical superstars such as Sheryl Crow, Kid Rock and the Foo Fighters.
"The viability of the gallery goes up with each event," Ciaramello said.
