Laura Chirco dies

Laura Chirco, (nee Pagano) died on April 29 at the age 87 in Holiday, Fl. She is a former resident of Canarsie, and was an assistant manager for many years at Lillies Shoppe.

She was the beloved wife of the late Nicholas Sr., a loving mother to Ludovico and Joan of Lynbrook, and Nicholas Jr. and Mindy of Brooklyn. She was the devoted grandmother of Stacey Miller (Robert), Daniel, Amanda Frisone (Michael), Kristofer and Jennifer.

Chirco was the cherished great-grandmother of Emily, Shane, Kyle, Ryan and Brook Rose, and dear sister of the late Angelo Pagano, Nicoletta Casciotta, Fannie Luizzi, Dominick, and Matthew Pagano.

A Funeral mass was celebrated on May 5 at St. Agnes Cathedral in Rockville Centre with committal service at Saint John’s Cemetery in Middle Village. Arrangements were made by Donza Funeral Home, East Rockaway.
