Long Beach Police Commissioner Ron Walsh announced Wednesday the arrest of five people involved in three separate incidents Tuesday night, including auto theft and drug possession.
The police department said in a news release that among those arrested were three individuals alleged to be involved with the theft of a catalytic converter from a parked vehicle, one individual alleged to be driving a stolen vehicle, and in possession of rock cocaine, and another alleged to be driving a vehicle with a fraudulent license plate.
Three of the men were charged with grand larceny, possession of burglary tools, auto theft and damage to a vehicle of more than $1,500. Troy Lynch, 33, Ismil Williams, 32 and Blain Hall, 32, are the three men charged.
They will be arraigned Thursday morning in the Long Beach City Court.
