Long Beach City Manager Donna Gayden announced that City Hall has re-opened to the public after closing due to the pandemic.

There will be some new protocols in place to ensure the safety and well being of all. City Hall’s hours of operation for the public will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Anyone needing to do business in City Hall should call the relevant department to make an appointment. All individuals entering City Hall shall be subject to temperature checks and must wear a mask.

No more than two people will be allowed in a given office at one time and only two people in the elevator at a time. There will also be a mobile workstation set up in the lobby, which will be utilized by departments on a daily rotating basis. Online bill pay is still available, as is the yellow drop box outside of City Hall
