Doris Couch, 49, of Roosevelt was arrested and charged with driving without a license and insurance while using a mobile phone on East Park Avenue and Long Beach Road on February 1.

 Giovanni Manzell, 33, of Long beach was arrested and charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell on Arizona Avenue and West Beech Street on February 1.

Joseph Zimbardo, 22, of Selden was arrested and charged with driving without a license, speeding and criminal possession of a controlled substance on East Park Avenue on February 2.

 Michael Cunha, 24, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving without a license and using a portable electronic device on East Park Avenue and Neptune Boulevard on February 3.

 Matthew Green, 39, of Rockaway Beach was arrested and charged with driving without a license and criminal possession of a forged instrument on West Park Avenue and California Street on February 4.

 Christopher Carr, 42, of Uniondale was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at the Long Beach Police Department on February 6.

 Nicole Rivas, 18, was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment at Long Beach High School on Lagoon Drive on January 18.

 Michelle Medonca, 43, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Long Beach Road on January 29.

DWIs
Sean Carlisle, 47, of Greenfield, Mass. was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident on East Park Avenue on February 3.

 Nicholas Casino, 30, of Setauket was was arrested and charged with falsely reporting an incident, leaving the scene of an accident and driving while intoxicated on East Park Avenue on February 7.

 Kelly McNab, 36, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Lido Boulevard on February 6.

 Robin Marcel, 23, of East Meadow for driving while intoxicated on Lido Boulevard on January 29.

 Amanda Johnson, 24, of Brooklyn was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Lido Boulevard on January 30.

 Kelly McNab, 36, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Lido Boulevard on February 6.

 Kristen Salem, 26, of Garden City was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Lido Boulevard on February 7.
