Save the date, Friday, July 8: that’s when the annual City of Long Beach Fireworks Extravaganza takes place off of Riverside Boulevard beach. Festivities begin at 8 pm on the beach between Long Beach and Riverside Boulevards with a concert by T’Bazco Road.

At 9 p.m., loud thumps, bangs, thwacks, and claps will thrill spectators as they gaze at breathtaking lights of all colors splashing over the Atlantic Ocean.

Free shuttle buses will be provided approximately every 15 minutes, beginning at 7 p.m., from West and East ends to Riverside Blvd. for the show:

West End: Starts at Ohio & Beech – to Grand to Broadway to Riverside.

East End: Starts at Riverside & Park – to Maple to Broadway to Riverside.

Returns from Riverside following the fireworks through 11PM:

West End pick up is the southwest corner Riverside & Broadway.

East End pick up is southeast corner Riverside & Broadway.
