Arrests

n Sylvester Jackson, 49, of Plainview was arrested and charged with robbery and criminal possession of a weapon on East Park Avenue Feb. 19.

n Debra DeVito, 45, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on West Park Avenue on Feb. 23.

n Philip Rosen, 63, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment on Shore Road on Feb. 24.

n Steven Moakley, 32, of Island Park was arrested and charged with driving without a license in Island Park on Feb. 24.

n Elliot Jakubowitz, 31, of Avenutra, Florida, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, failure to provide an insurance card and equipment violation on West Park Avenue on Feb. 25.

n Thomas Akeson, 41, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with criminal mischief on Shore Road on Feb. 28.

n Marcos Amaya, 34, of Far Rockaway was arrested and charged with criminal possession and sale of Oxycodone at the Long Beach Police Department on Feb. 26.

n Corey Thomas, 48, of Valley Stream was arrested and charged with stealing merchandise from Waldbaum’s on East Park Avenue on Feb. 23.

n Corey Thomas, 48, of Valley Stream was arrested and charged with stealing money from Burger King on East Park Avenue on Feb. 24.

DWI

n John Alberto, 25, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on East Walnut Street and Edwards Boulevard on Feb. 19.

n Wilson Arguetta Pena, 24, of Long Beach was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Austin Boulevard and Railroad Place in Island Park on Feb. 20.

n Robert Adams, 20, of Baldwin was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving without a license on Long Beach Boulevard on Feb. 21.

Larceny

n A wallet was taken from a home on Fairway Road in Lido Beach. The wallet was mailed back to the home without money and gift cards.
