Television anchor and correspondent Jim Paymar, a Rockville Centre resident, will host a new, locally-originated show that will look at the economic and business trends that impact the nearly 3 million people who call Long Island home.

The premiere episode of the “Long Island Business Report,” aired on WLIW-Channel 21 on May 1 and will be shown again on May 5 at 5:30 p.m. and May 6 at 10:30 a.m., It features guests Kevin Law, president and CEO of the Long Island Association; Lawrence Levy, executive director and dean of the National Center for Suburban Studies at Hofstra University, who also has ties to Rockville Centre, and Nancy Rauch Douzinas, president of the Rauch Foundation.
