Bellmore Village Merchants are to host a Halloween Parade for children on Saturday, October 28. The fun is to start at noon in front of the Bellmore Firehouse on Pettit Avenue.
After the parade, children can trick or treat in the village at any business displaying "Mr. Pumpkin" on its door or window. There is no rain date. However, children are welcome in the village on Tuesday, October 31, for trick or treating if the parade is cancelled.
