The Nassau County Bridge Authority is suspending toll operations at the Atlantic Beach Bridge. There will no cost for passage over the bridge and no person-to-person transactions.
Workers will sanitize the tollbooths and buildings. Bridge authority officials ask that motorists slow down and drive safely as they enter and leave the toll plaza.
Authority officials said the suspension would be re-evaluated Friday, March 20.
