On March 23 at 5:30 p.m., Karp Automotive Group will officially open Long Island’s largest exclusive Kia dealership. Although the store has been open for the past two months, this event will serve to inform the car-buying public that the Karp family of dealerships has a new member.

Some of Long Island’s most well-known officials, as well as local village politicians and public servants are scheduled to attend the opening evening festivities. They include: Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos, Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano, Rockville Centre Mayor Francis Murray, Rockville Centre Police Commissioner Charles Gennario, Rockville Centre Fire Chief John Busching, as well as members of the Rockville Centre American Legion and Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to speeches and remarks from David Karp, there will be an official ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The Karp Auto Group is a multi-generational family-owned auto dealership group that has operated franchises in Rockville Centre since 1957. David Karp and his family have been proud supporters of local charities and events for decades. Kia has captured the imagination of value-conscious shoppers to become a top-selling brand in this country and in the northeast in particular, over the past three years.
