She was last seen driving away from her residence at 2516 Saw Mill Road in a gray 1989 Plymouth sedan with license plate DLM2470, police said. Described as a black female, 5-foot-2, 135 pounds, with brown hair in a pony tail and brown eyes, Lisa was wearing a black blouse, blue jeans, a white cap and white sneakers at the time, police said.
With a history of manic depression, Lisa went out the door after telling one of her children, "God said to leave." She reportedly left behind her medication and her pocketbook containing her driver's license.
Her parents, Frank and Beverly McLean of Freeport, reported Lisa missing, concerned that she would not leave unless she was "not well," reports say. They are taking care of the grandchildren as they await word about their daughter's whereabouts. As the Herald went to press, she still has not been heard from.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Nassau County Police Department's Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-5370.
