Christopher J. Kutner, a partner in the law firm of Farrell Fritz, P.C., has recently been appointed a member of Farmingdale State College's Foundation Board. His appointment is effective through December 2012.
Kutner concentrates his practice in health care law. He has earned national certification from the Healthcare Compliance Certification Board and is a member of the American Bar Association's Health Law Committee; the New York State Bar Association's Insurance, Commercial Litigation and Health Law Committees, and the Nassau County Bar Association's Health and Hospital Law Committee.
He also serves on Stony Brook University's Center of Excellence in Wireless and Information Technology Medical Division's advisory board, the Brooklyn/Queens Council of the New York Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Board and on the board of directors of the American Red Cross in Nassau County.
A Rockville Centre resident, Kutner earned his M.B.A. from Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business; his Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law; and a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He is a graduate of Holy Trinity High School.
