Petitions for Rockivlle Centre school district and library board trustees

The Annual Election and Budget Vote for the Rockville Centre Public Schools and the Rockville Centre Public Library is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15.

Residents will elect two persons to fill two vacancies on the Board of Education, for terms commencing July 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2015.

Residents will elect two persons to fill two, three-year vacancies on

the Library Board for terms commencing July 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2015.

The last day for filing a petition to be a candidate for the school and library board is April 16 at 5 p.m. with the School District Clerk at the Rockville Centre Public Schools Administrative offices, 128 Shepherd Street, Rockville Centre.
