Police look to nab bank robbery suspect

The latest incident occurred last week, at the Washington Mutual Bank on Bellmore Avenue. At 1 p.m. on April 6, police say, the suspect entered the bank, approached a teller, threatened to use a handgun and passed a note demanding money.
According to police, the robber took an undisclosed amount of money and fled on foot with a second man. This was the second time the suspect had robbed the same bank. He robbed it for the first time in February.
The suspect was describe by police as a 30-year-old black man, 5 feet 10 inches tall, wearing a multi-color brown leather jacket, a black Orange County Choppers ski cap, sunglasses and baggy jeans. Police described the second man as a 20-year-old black man in his 20s, 5 feet 5 inches tall, wearing a khaki T-shirt and jeans.
