³He broke into the house and took a slat each from two blinds so that he could look into her room from the outside of the house,² said Detective Lt. Larry Feffer. ³He did this to watch her, and he did give us a written statement to that effect.²
Feffer said that Tinerino¹s stalking ³began last year. He had come to her house and was following her and watching her.²
Tinerino was arraigned on July 2, and the judge ordered him to stay away from the woman. He is being held on a $50,000 bond or $35,000 cash bail.
