Today, Antonella Villa is the owner of Rainbow Eatery, a healthy eatery that offers a wide variety of fat-free, low-carb and sugar-free foods. "My parents, Salvatore and Jackie LoBue, bought Rainbow Yogurt in 1988." Villa adds, "I started helping my parent's part time when I was 18. it was a little extra money for college."Now at the age of 33, Villa has owned the store since 1992 and has loved it ever since."My eatery offers the very best foods when it comes to eating and living healthy.
