Levine established the store because, "We needed a lighting center in the area. All the expo centers and big depots were overpriced. We have cheaper prices."
He insists that Light Bulbs Unlimited is not a franchise. They are a buying group and the other stores in Nassau County are individually owned.
Light Bulbs Unlimited doesn't just do fixtures. Their stock includes landscape lighting, European, rope, fiber optic and much more. They also carry medical and dental light bulbs.
The store does retail, wholesale and export service. Also, Light Bulbs has excellent customer service and they're able to help any customer with their lighting needs. "We are knowledgeable about lighting," says Levine.
