If you have a tree that needs to be removed, either because you need more room or it's dead, one choice you have is to call the Eagle Tree Service, owned by Zygmund Kurpiewsk.
Here's how the process works. Kurpiewsk says, "I'll come to your house and see the tree and then I'll figure out how much should be charged," Kurpiewsk said.
It doesn't even make Kurpiewsk flinch if the tree you want cut grazes the sky. "It doesn't matter how high," he claims, "we cut down all types of trees. Big, small, little, whatever."
The Eagle Tree Service also has the arsenal it takes to chop down a rainforest's worth of trees. "We have all types of equipment, whatever it takes," Kurpiewsk said.
Prices range anywhere from $100 up to $1,600 or more, depending on the type of job. The cutting down of a tree usually can take a couple of hours to a couple of days, according to the size of the endeavor.
Along with trees, the Eagle Tree Service takes on smaller foes, too. Shrubs and bushes have no defense against the indiscriminate sweep of Kurpiewsk's roaring chainsaw. "All types!" he insists.
