Where once stood the Nutrition Warehouse, now stands the House of Nutrition. And in addition to a name change, "We have reopened with a new look," said Bruce Zides, owner of a business that was brought down by fire in February and has since been rebuilt.
Zides has been in the health-store business for 20 years and at his current location for six of those years.
"We are a vitamin store," Zides said. "We carry a full line of vitamin supplements, diet aids, body-building supplements, low-carb foods, kosher supplements and proteins."
Zides said he offers products at everyday low prices and discounts.
"We have a deal where customers get a bonus coupon after every $20 spent," he said. "With 10 coupons, they can get $20 off future purchases, and that's in addition to the regular everyday discounts and low prices."
The House of Nutrition also places special orders for customers. "If we don't have it, then we'll order it," Zides assures. "We have a knowledgeable and experienced staff."
The House of Nutrition is mainly a dry-foods health store, to help people maintain and improve their bodies. The store is open 7 days a week, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
