Rockville Centre businesses celebrate a taste of elegance

Nearly 500 people attended the Rockville Centre Chamber of Commerce’s Taste of Elegance Saturday evening, featuring sample signature dishes from village restaurants.

The businesses that provided the food were Antonetto’s Classico, Apertif, Ayhan’s Pita Express, Blue Moon, Cabo, Cannon’s Blackthorn, Chadwicks, Churchills, Dinos, El Mariachi, The Farm House Kitchen, Front Street Bakery, Greystone Deli, Grillfire, Happy Hostess, Harusaki, International Delight Café, Kookaburra Coffee, Kasey’s Kitchen & Cocktails, Kashi Sushi, Mercy Medical, Palace of Wong, Plaza Seafood, Press 195, Prime Catch, RJ Daniels, Sangre de Uvo, TGIF and Village Liquor.

Jeff Novack, the owner of J. Novack Design, and Beth Hammerman, the chairwoman of the Rockville Centre Youth Council, were honored at the event.

The music was by Ace and balloons were provided by Art Flowers & Gifts.
