A 50-year-old resident was arrested on April 13 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license and failure to use an interlock device after a police investigation on Capitolian Boulevard.
A 25-year-old resident of Oceanside was arrested on April 16 and charged with driving while intoxicated and vehicle traffic law violations on Merrick Road.
A 19-year-old resident was arrested on April 16 at St. Marks Place and charged with attempted criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
An 18-year-old Woodmere resident was arrested on April 17 and charged with petit larceny after stealing merchandise from the CVS Pharmacy on Sunrise Highway.
Criminal mischief
The manager of Morrissey GMC on Sunrise Highway told police on April 12 that someone caused approximately $8,000 worth of damage to 12 cars parked on the sales lot by scratching the paint on the cars with a sharp object.
Larcenies
A Huntington Station resident reported to police on April 12 that someone stole her bicycle in front of the CVS Pharmacy on Sunrise Highway.
A Whitehall Road resident reported to police on April 14 that someone broke the rear driver side window of his 2011 Toyota Scion and stole a GPS unit while the car was parked in his driveway overnight.
Village appearance tickets
A 29-year-old resident of Westbury received a village code violation on March 17 charging him with unlawful removal of recyclables on Atkinson Road.
A 25-year-old resident of Amityville was issued a village code violation on March 19 charging her with public consumption of alcohol.
A 35-year-old resident of Long Beach received a village code violation on March 19 charging him with possession of an open alcohol container in Municipal Parking Field 14.
A 27-year-old resident of Amityville received a village code violation on March 19 charging him with public urination.
A 24-year-old resident of W. Babylon was issued a village code violation on April 16 charging him with public urination near the LIRR platform.
