Dozens of families and community members flocked to the John A. Anderson Recreation Center in Rockville Centre last Saturday to celebrate Easter a week early.
The youngsters in attendance enjoyed an Easter Egg Hunt, watched in amazement as mice magically appeared out of a tube during a magic show, and created arts and crafts. Others took photos with the Easter Bunny, who paid a visit to the Recreation Center, and some, like three-year-old Sophia Haimes, showered him with hugs.
