ROK hosts BBQ in East Rockaway

The Marguerita BBQ was a hit

ROK Health & Fitness in East Rockaway hosted another network event — a Marguerita BBQ with all the delicious trimmings.

Business owners mingle and enjoyed hot dogs, hamburgers and sausages, and, of course, delicious Marguerita’s and Sangria.

The guest speaker was Sonia Correnti, RN, of Angelic Medi Spa in Lynbrook, who talked about skin care and how to take care of your skin in the coming summer months.

“Every was great, everyone had a good time,” said Dr. Jeffrey Weschler, who works out of ROK Wellness. “It was a lot of fun.”

The next networking event will be clambake on May 17, said Weschler, held outdoors at ROK Health & Fitness, 510 Ocean Ave. in East Rockaway, at 7:30 p.m. All businesses and other interested parties are welcomed to attend.
