RVC resident honored by Mangano

Nassau County Executive Edward P. Mangano, second from left, honored Herman Reinius of Rockville Centre, center, for his work in the German-American community. Also on hand to commemorate the occasion was Heinz Buck, left, president of the German American Cultural Council, Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell and Nassau County Comptroller George Maragos, right.

The citation was presented at the German International Music Night, which is part of the County Parks International Music Nights Concert Series. The International Music Nights Concert Series provides residents an opportunity to experience the broad range of cultures that Nassau County has to offer.
