Santa arrived in the morning by fire truck, and residents were invited to follow his route around the neighborhood. Children had the opportunity to meet with Santa to put in early requests for holiday gifts, and were treated to a free, family-friendly movie at the Bellmore Movies on Pettit Avenue. Santa also the kicked off the chamber's annual "Toys for Tots" campaign. Community members are asked to donate new, unwrapped toys by dropping them off at local participating businesses.
